Data professionals need to have the specialist skills required to provide large-scale data infrastructure and analysis, and an ability to communicate and engage effectively about data to help organisations to make data informed decisions.
This introductory course in service design will be designed and developed for our target learners to grow their knowledge of the value of service design and how to use the process to understand problems, to then work towards solutions.
